Helpdesk VNC, Client Guide

To start a tech session with the technician you are currently talking to, find their name in the list below and click on it.  You will need to click the 'Run' button twice to start the session.  It will take a few moments for the session to connect to the technician.

To end the session, locate the timer in the top left of your screen and click on “End”.  At the resulting popup window, click on the “Yes” button.
